control as well. One calf feeder allows the connection of up to two
drinking stations, whilst one drinking station is capable of
feeding 30 calves.

drinking station gives the calf the benefit of drinking the correct
volume of milk at the same temperature as provided by her mother,
while still allowing the producer maximum control over her intake.

The Lely Calm calf feeder dispenses small portions of calf milk,
with precise concentration and at the optimum temperature. The set
quantity per day is consumed in several portions throughout the
day. This allows optimum digestion of the milk minimising the risk
of scour. Depending on the calf's age, the animal is allocated a
pre-set portion of milk according to a pre-programmed feed curve
which ensures a gradual changeover to concentrate and roughage.
