McHale manufacture
a range of fixed and variable chamber round balers, square and
round bale wrappers, the Fusion integrated or combination
baler wrapper and a range of round bale handling, bale splitting
and silage & maize block cutting equipment.
McHale have been
manufacturing high quality agricultural equipment for over 20
years, and over that time a conscious decision has been made to
concentrate on the development of high output balers and bale
wrappers. The main focus of the business revolves around providing
practical solutions for farmers and contractors in the production
of round baled silage, haylage, straw, hay and square baled
silage.
Worldwide farmers,
contractors and custom workers use the McHale range of balers and
round and square bale wrappers in the production of high quality
fodder. McHale round balers, bale wrappers and integrated baler
wrappers can be seen operating in 40 countries around the world
which include Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, France, Germany,
Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark,
Poland, Hungary, Romania, Canada, USA, Korea, Australia and New
Zealand.
McHale use
specialist technologies in the design and development of
their baler and wrapper range, which deliver higher output,
more cost effective baling and wrapping solutions, making them the

McHale is a family
run business, which was established by brothers Padraic and Martin
McHale. Over the last 30 years they have developed a range of
specialist farm machinery focusing on balers and bale wrappers for
the production of round and square baled silage, and round bales of
hay and straw.
In the early years
McHale specialised in the production of round and square bale
wrappers. In 2002, McHale entered the baler wrapper market with the
introduction of the Fusion Integrated Baler Wrapper. From 2004,
McHale developed the F5 Round Baler Range, which consists of three
fixed chamber balers. The F540 non-chopper baler, the F550 15 knife
chopper baler and the F560 fully automatic 23 knife chopper
baler.
McHale balers and
bale wrappers can be seen working in over 40 countries around the
world.
McHale research,
design and test their specialist balers and bale wrappers in line
with end user requirements. During the design and development stage
all machines go through rigorous testing with high end users,
namely Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh, Scandinavian and New
Zealand farmers and contractors.
After testing is
complete McHale use the latest in laser and robotic technology in
the production of its specialist baler and balewrapper range.
Manufacturing takes place at two purpose built factories in Ireland
and Hungary, which operate to strict quality checks. One key
feature at the production stage is that there is complete
traceability of all components used and every machine is tested,
run and calibrated before they leave the McHale
